NGC6735The bubble is one of the most amazing images / objects. The visible “bubble” of gas is generated from the central star – a mag 8.7 star in the centre of the bubble. This object is also known by the names Caldwell 11 and Sharpless 16. This image is a combination of 23 images each of 10 mins.

 

The image was taken over 2 nights using an FLT110 mounted on a G11 and guided with an Orion ED80. The main images were taken is an SBIG 8300c and guiding performed with a meade DSI Pro. Image processing was performed using PixInsight
